Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group - WILG is the national non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who, each year, suffer the consequences of workplace injuries and illnesses. The group acts principally to assist attorneys and non-profit groups in advocating the rights of injured workers through education, communication, research, and information gathering.

Membership in WILG brings you in direct contact with plaintiff attorneys in other states to share information and provide mutual assistance. This one-on-one communication with your colleagues is critical for fighting workers’ compensation reform on state and national levels.
WILG is the source on workers’ compensation and injured workers’ issues. Membership brings you educational opportunities, research data, timely news, and information through our website, newsletters, emails, special bulletins, and the unique WORKERS’ FIRST WATCH publication.
WILG activities include task forces on key policy issues, our National Continuing Legal Education Seminar, meetings around the country, committees focusing on key issues for our membership, and state-by-state reports on reform activities.
