TrialSmith also is the service through which the WILG staff selects and sends out “Eclips”, an email service containing news about workers’ compensation. These stories are picked by the WILG staff from the wire services and from newspapers, magazines, and television stations in other cities. Each “Eclip” offers a brief synopsis of a news article, op-ed piece, or breaking story about legislation, an agency intervention, a recently-filed case, etc. From there, links are provided to go directly to the article(s) for the full text.
