STATE REPORTS
The State Affairs Committee provides resources to injured worker advocates in the various jurisdictions. SAC provides access to comparative data, public issue advocacy reference materials, and reliability assessments of statistical/economic information. It is the goal of the committee to assist efforts of WILG members to prevent erosion of injured worker rights and promote development of adequate benefit structures under accessible workers' compensation systems. For information on how to get SAC assistance in your state, or for details on how you can get involved, please contact the WILG office.
