Due to the pandemic numbers on the rise, the uncertainty of civil unrest in Philadelphia and in an effort to keep our attendees safety and best interests at heart, the decision has been made to postpone the Northeast Regional Event that was taking place on December 4-5, 2020 at the Logan Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. While we are sad to share news of this postponement we do hope that you will agree to attend once the event is rescheduled (possibly in December 2021). Once we have more information on the new dates we will be sure to reach out to you to confirm. If you have made any hotel arrangements we will cancel those on your behalf unless you confirm to us that you wish to keep them (please contact us asap with these requests). If you have already registered and paid for the December event we are happy to roll the registration over to the new dates unless you would prefer a refund, please let us know.
WILG® works hard extremely hard to secure the lowest room rates possible for its members at properties that our members look forward to and have requested to stay at. In order to ensure the continuation of this and to avoid attrition fees for the association; we ask that you kindly stay on property at our events. WILG® will be charging a nominal fee of $200 for those who choose not to stay on property unless they are local to the area.
Cancellations received 30 days in advance of the program will receive a full refund, less $25 administration fee. All cancellations must be in writing.
