This webinar will focus on current dental malpractice litigation including dental implants, root canals and extractions associated with permanent painful and/or paresthesia nerve injuries to the lip and/or tongue.

Illustrations including animations will depict negligently caused dental injuries and their prevention. Discovery and trial tips include literature citations for experts and cross-examination. Standards of care will be explored regarding caries control, periodontal disease, orthodontics, dental crowns, veneers and bridges.

Dental damage presentation will show calculations for determining future life time damages arising from auto injuries.

Q & A at end will answer dental topics covered or not covered in lecture. Dr. Zinman will respond post lecture with attendee’s personal client cases.
