Summary

Truck crash cases often involve multiple defendants, a number of state and federal regulations, different theories of liability, and volumes of documentation to retrieve, review, analyze and organize. Navigating these various components and sorting through the evidence—driver logs, telemetric and dashcam recordings, driver testing and qualification, hours-of-service compliance, maintenance records—can be daunting and time consuming.

AI can be a valuable tool for document review, analysis, and organization. The key is to know when and how to use it and the ethical considerations involved.

Alexander Kemp will cover the basics of AI, including when and how to use it in your trucking case, when you should not use it, and ethical considerations to keep in mind; how to develop the best prompts to optimize results; and live demonstrations of different ways to use AI in investigation, pre-trial litigation, and at trial.
